Avatar (2009)

Avatar, the movie every people in the world would have seen at least once in their life or at least would have heard about.

Avatar is an epic science fiction film directed, co-produced and co-edited by James Cameron released on 2009. Avatar was set in 22^nd century, people on a mission in mining the most valuable mineral unobtanium. In order to mine this Unobtanium they have to travel to alien world of Pandora with different creatures, this world was already occupied and considered sacred by the human hybrid people called Avatars. Even though the planet’s environment is poisonous in which no human can live, these Avatars were adapted to that environment. Humans managed to create Avatars that can be operated by human and started their plan on entering Avatars homeland. They brought Jake Sully, a paraplegic to spy and evacuate the Avatars. Later on, Jake realizes on whose side he should stand on, he took a stand with Avatars along with some of his friends in helping them to save their homeland.

Jake later confesses that he was firstly a spy and made the Avatar people angry and they took captive of him and Grace. Jake somehow again regains the trust of Avatars and starts to fight along them as an Avatar.

Jake could finally save their homeland from these evil people. At the end Jake decided to stay with Avatars and was permanently transferred to his Avatar body with the aid of the Tree of Souls.

Avatar was officially budgeted of $237million and collected a box office of $2.9billion (Yeah that was way more but the movie definitely deserves this after all these efforts)

• Zoe Saldana as Neytiri

Zoe Saldana as a female lead in Avatar. Neytiri is a daughter of one of the Avatar clans’ leaders and is in love with Jake.

• Sam Worthington as Jake Sully

Sam Worthington as a male lead in Avatar. Jake was a spy who entered this Avatar clan and ended up being a hero of saving their homeland at the end from the evil-minded humans.

• Sigourney Weaver as Doctor Grace

Doctor Grace is the exobiologist and head of this avatar mission. She was always there for Jake as a mentor and as a friend.

• Stephen lang as Colonel Quaritch

Colonel Quaritch is a head of the mining operation’s security, who degraded for any life other than humans.

• Laz Alonso as Tsutey

Tsutey is one of the finest warriors in the clan and an heir to the chief of the tribe. At the beginning Tusutey was betrothed with Neytiri.

• Joel David Moore as Norm Spellman

Norman is a Xenoanthropologist who studies plant and animals in Avatar mission. He entered the pandora at the same time as Jake He is friend of Jake.

• Giovanni Ribisi as Parker Selridge

Parker is the corporate administrator for this mining operation. He is willing to destroy the who Avatar civilization to preserve his company.

• C. C. H. Pounder as Moat

Moat is the Avatar clan’s spiritual leader and Neytiri’s mother.

• Wes Studi as Eytukan

Eytukan as the Avatar clan’s leader and Neytiri’s father.

 

Avatar Review

Avatar the movie is Visually Spellbinding!!!

Every detail the director gave on this film is outstanding. The world is so detailed and rich and creatures in this film looks like as if it is was real in way, it seems convincing. This film may be one of the few sci-fi adventure movies where the computer animation actually works of in the favor of storyline. This realism, this pushing of limits, is what science fiction films is all about.

The film cast has done an extraordinary job while performing so good and get into the characters that not a single one will disappoint you.

Avatar will amaze and astonish you more than you think. 100% a highly recommended film.

Avatar 2

After 13 years of waiting, Avatar 2 the sequel was finally released on 16^th December 2022. Just like Avatar, Avatar: The way of water will also be up to our expectations and will definitely not disappoint you.

Avatar 3

Whereas Avatar 3 was also done shooting along way. Avatar 3 is scheduled to be released on the 20^th December of 2024.
