RIVERDALE

Riverdale is a famous American mystery teen drama based on the Archie Comic characters produced by Warner Brothers. The drama is set in the fictional town Riverdale. When a teenager was murdered mysteriously within the town, a group of teenagers tries to find the reason behind his death. As the story moves on, they find various mysteries and evils lurking inside the town Riverdale.

Riverdale was first released on 26th January 2017 with the total of 6 seasons of 117 episodes. And in March 2022, the show has renewed for the seventh season which might premiere in 2023. All season of Riverdale is available on Amazon prime and Netflix.

Riverdale season 1

Riverdale season 1 first aired on 26 January 2017 and the last episodes of this season 1 aired at 11 May 2017. Riverdale season 1 has the total of 13 episodes

Riverdale begins with students entering the new school year but still the death the Jason remains a mystery in the town. Betty dives into the investigation of the murder and finds some dark side of Jason’s family.

Riverdale season 2

Riverdale season 2 first aired on 11 October 2017 and the last episodes of this season 2 aired at 16 May 2018. Riverdale season 2 has the total of 22 episodes.

Jughead’s father is a leader of the famous gang South Serpents. In season 2 another major villain happens to be Veronica’s father Hiram. Hiram slowly starts to take over the Riverdale and veronica made a first move against her dad by buying the Whyte Worm Bar to prevent him from occupying the whole area.

Riverdale season 3

Riverdale season 3 first aired on 10 October 2018 and the last episodes of this season 3 aired at 15 May 2018. Riverdale season 3 has the total of 22 episodes.

After Jughead becoming the head of the South serpents, season 3 of Riverdale rounds around Archie, Veronica, Betty and Jughead’s High school with the gang wars, cult rituals, musical rehearsals. The Gargoyle king returns to Riverdale. While this is happening, Archie was sent to detention center for murder and Hiram was still trying to take over the Riverdale. After all this happening Archie left the town for good.

Riverdale season 4

Riverdale season 4 first aired on 9 October 2019 and the last episodes of this season 4 aired at 6 May 2020. Riverdale season 4 has the total of 19 episodes.

While Betty and Jughead enjoying their victory on defeating the cult for a moment, Archie came back to him home after a long time and found that his town Riverdale is totally collapsed. Whether Archie together with his friends could bring back his town to the normal or not is this whole season.

Riverdale season 5

Riverdale season 5 first aired on 20 January 2021 and the last episodes of this season 5 aired at 6 October 2021. Riverdale season 5 has the total of 19 episodes.

Main cast of four in the season 5 joined their own high school in Riverdale as a teacher. Completely in Season 5, Archie’s main goal is still to save Riverdale from Hiram lodge. With some couples breaking up and people in Riverdale goes in their own separate way for the college, the romantic partners of each couple was changed in this season completely.

Riverdale season 6

Riverdale season 6 first aired on 16 November 2021 and the last episodes of this season 6 aired at 31 July 2022. Riverdale season 6 has the total of 22 episodes.

Things in Riverdale start to get much creepy and dark. This season is where the Riverdale take totally of a different turn involving curses, demons, witches, ghosts and other unwanted stuffs.

Riverdale season 7

Season 7 of Riverdale will be the final season which will be aired on 15th February 2023 and the season 7 will have somewhere between 19 to 20 episodes.

Riverdale Review

First three season of the Riverdale was undoubtedly good but on later season when they bring in some stupid dark genre to the story the show starts to take a turn and got little boring and the show was way overdone. The character development on this show was really great. If you are looking for a teen drama with lot of mystery, Riverdale would be a great choice.
